Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk

A scenic one-mile stretch of boardwalk that takes you past charming beach cottages, local boutiques, delicious restaurants, and family-friendly amusements, the boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach is an idyllic place to visit. Additionally, the beach is within steps of this picturesque attraction, meaning that you can have a lovely beach day as well.

Midway Speedway Park

Remember those family-friendly amusements we mentioned earlier? Midway Spedway Park is one of the best in the region, home to a golf-kart track that consists of five racing courses that are available throughout the year. Other parts of the funplex include Fire Mountain Miniature Golf, Fun Park, and White Water Mountain Water Park. During their busy summer season, they even accept reservations.

Funland

Another one of those Rehoboth Beach attractions that the whole family will love, Funland is a classic boardwalk amusement park with a total of nearly twenty rides for visitors to try. Five of their rides even date back to the park’s beginning years in the early 1960s! You can also enjoy midway games and arcade games at Funland as well.

Delaware Seashore State Park

Expansive and pristine, Delaware Seashore State Park is a remarkable place to visit, Here, you can revel in beachside relaxation, pack a picnic, go fishing, or partake in water-based sports like swimming, sailing, and surfing in the ocean. During July of each year, the park also hosts a sand castle building contest.

Indian River Life-Saving Station

Once playing an important part in deterring shipwrecks and rescuing sailors at sea, the Indian River Life-Saving Station is a historic night beach patrol station that was first built after a large number of shipwrecks began occurring during the late 1800s. This attraction is also a part of the Delaware History Trail.
