LOCATION: Directly located on the boardwalk on the 6th floor and the north front side of the building and conveniently located to five-star dining, tax-free boutique shopping, entertainment, and so much more. Just park and walk everywhere!
PARKING: Garage parking for one car and a community parking permit is required.
AMENITIES: Elevator building, recently renovated outdoor pool, meeting room, library, game room, secured parking garage, coin-operated washer and dryer on site, Wi-Fi, and cable tv.
THINGS TO KNOW: The building AC is turned on 05/15-10/15th. Reservations must be seven nights or longer, and during the prime season, the turnover day is Saturday. No pets and no visiting pets. Linens and paper products are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental option to guests. Non-smoking building!
