The location provides easy access to the Beach, outlet, food shopping, and restaurants via the nearby Dart Bus, bicycle, walking, or a short drive. All three spacious bedrooms have a private, en-suite bathroom, and there is outside space on each level: a private patio on the ground level, a screened-in porch on the second, main level, and a sundeck adjacent to the master suite on the third level.
