Heather Knowles grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. On frequent visits to her mother in Lewes, Delaware, Heather was impressed by the warmth and unique ways of the Delaware Beaches. In 2008 she made her move to the beach and has enjoyed the relaxed lifestyle of  Rehoboth things to do ever since.

Heather graduated with honors from Sojourner-Douglass College in Baltimore, Maryland, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2001. Then she pursued a career in restaurant management at a well-established local eatery. There she learned a great deal about customer service, personnel management, marketing, and self-growth. She is very active with her local church, loves the beach, photography, and traveling.

Heather quickly made her mark in the real estate business. As the manager of our Rental Department, she combines hard work, competence, and a big smile to get the Delaware vacation rentals job done efficiently. She has a special knack for connecting with customers and helping them book the Delaware vacation rentals that are right for them.

Sharon joins the RE/MAX Realty Group Rental Department as a member of the Rental team bringing over 30 years of experience with rental properties and property management. Sharon’s work ethic, sense of humor, communication, and problem resolution skills are a winning combination for both landlords and tenants, facilitating a positive experience for all!

Sharon has been very active with the Sussex County Association of Realtors, serving as a past board member, officer, and chair of the Rental Affairs committee. She also served on both the Grievance and the Public Policy committees.

Sharon grew up in Milford, Delaware, along with her seven siblings (yes seven) and currently lives in Rehoboth Beach with her husband, Ed Stauffer. When not in the office, Sharon can be found taking care of her grandchildren, dining in many of the areas fantastic restaurants, or just enjoying friends and family.

Tricia Sulecki is highly knowledgeable about our resort rental market with over 30 years of real estate experience. Tricia was born and raised in New Castle Country, Delaware, and true Delawarean inside and out! Before starting her successful career in Real Estate, she was a stay-at-home mother to her lovely two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with family and friends. Tricia received the “Alma Ashley” rental agent of the year in 2017.

Born and raised in Milford Delaware, Sally Marshall Koon spent her summers along the Delaware beaches at her family’s summer home in North Rehoboth. Sussex County became a way of life for Sally and she developed a successful career in the hospitality industry. After the birth of her daughter, Wren, Sally went on to become an account manager for Lankford SYSCO foods for over a decade and then obtained her Real Estate license in 2009.

Combining her love of the area with her love of helping people, vacation rentals was a natural fit. Sally worked as a rental agent for many years before coming to RE/MAX in 2020. Her attention to detail made her a perfect candidate for our bookkeeping position and the rest is history!!

As a Delaware native, Sally knows the area and the area’s history very well. She lives in Lewes with her husband of 26 years, Ken Koon, and their daughter Wren.

Peggy moved to Long Neck, DE, at the end of 2018 from Blue Bell, PA, where she enjoyed many adventures, some planned, some not so much! After taking the summer off to enjoy all that the Delaware beaches have to offer, she knew it was time to look for a new adventure.

Most of Peggy’s 35 years of experience have been in the secretarial field, beginning at Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ. Add to that Bristol Myers Squibb; Nidus, a medical education firm; and NJBIA, a small-business lobbying association in Trenton, NJ, from which she retired. After too many years of retirement, she joined RSVP, a volunteer organization, where it was her honor to work with so many dedicated employees and volunteers striving to improve the lives of those in need. Last but not least, prior to leaving PA, Peggy worked at a summer camp, an experience she enjoyed immensely. While it was hot and noisy, seeing so many happy kids was worth it.

Peggy is looking forward to her adventures at RE/MAX Realty Group Rental Department. She likes being a part of the planning for someone’s hard earned vacation at the Delaware beaches. She also likes spending time with family, especially when the grandkids come to drive the golf cart!

As a new resident of Delaware, Brittany joins the RE/MAX Realty Group family with over 10 years of experience in customer service and loves to help people. Brittany made her move to the beach in 2021 to be closer to her grandfather. When outside of the office, she likes to take walks on the beach with her Jack Russell Terrier, Ozzy, and spend time with her fiancé Billy. Brittany grew up in Pennsylvania and recently became a new homeowner in Long Neck at the age of 25.

Linda White grew up on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Linda then relocated to the Delaware shore approximately 20 years ago.

Linda has been working in the rental business for the last two decades. She likes the process of planning the perfect vacation for the guests. With her extensive area knowledge, Linda is an ideal fit in the rental market.

Linda has two children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. When Linda is not working, she enjoys spending time at the beach and pool with friends, especially her family.

A graduate of Monmouth University with a degree in Marketing and Purchasing Materials Management, she started her career in the Aerospace Industry. From there she pursued Industrials Sales. When her children were young Verna delighted in teaching babies through adults swimming as well as running camps for synchronized swimming, junior guards, and mermaids.

Verna started her real estate career selling homes in Ocean and Monmouth County, NJ and enjoyed working with home buyers and sellers. Since moving to Lewes full-time in July of 2021, she discovered the very welcoming RE/MAX Rental Group and is loving this side of the business! Finding her clients, the right place, gives her the same feeling as teaching all ages how to swim. Knowing people are feeling joy is very satisfying and heartwarming.
