Heather Knowles
Heather Knowles grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and moved to Delaware in 2008. She has a background in restaurant management, focusing on customer service and marketing. She is active in her local church and enjoys the beach, photography, and traveling. Heather manages the Rental Department, ensuring an efficient and friendly experience for vacation rental customers.
Sharon Palmer-Stauffer
Sharon has over 30 years of experience in rental properties and property management. She has been involved in the Sussex County Association of Realtors, serving on multiple committees. Originally from Milford, Delaware, she now lives in Rehoboth Beach with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, dining out, and socializing with friends and family.
Dolores Desmond
Dolores began her full-time career in real estate in 1997. Over the past 27 years, she has built a reputation for being trustworthy, conscientious, dependable, and hardworking. Her dedication and passion for real estate have earned her numerous awards throughout her career. After spending 10 years as a full-time Realtor, Dolores seized a management opportunity. In 2006, she earned her Broker’s license and took on the role of managing an office. In 2021, Dolores joined RE/MAX Realty Group as a Broker, where she oversees the sales and rental departments, as well as their referral company. RE/MAX Realty Group not only boasts award-winning agents but also has a track record of award-winning sales. With some of the top agents and teams in the state, Dolores feels honored to be part of this well-known and established organization. Dolores is actively involved in the Women’s Council of Realtors, the Sussex County Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. In her spare time, Dolores enjoys spending time with her three children and four grandchildren, traveling, going to the beach/pool and playing golf.
Tricia Sulecki
Tricia Sulecki is highly knowledgeable about our resort rental market with over 30 years of real estate experience. Tricia was born and raised in New Castle County, Delaware, and true Delawarean inside and out! Before starting her successful career in Real Estate, she was a stay-at-home mother to her lovely two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with family and friends. Tricia received the “Alma Ashley” rental agent of the year in 2017 and 2021.
Linda White
Linda White grew up on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Linda then relocated to the Delaware shore approximately 20 years ago. Linda has been working in the rental business for the last two decades. She likes the process of planning the perfect vacation for the guests. With her extensive area knowledge, Linda is an ideal fit in the rental market. Linda has two children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. When Linda is not working, she enjoys spending time at the beach and pool with friends, especially her family.
Sally Marshall Koon
Born and raised in Milford Delaware, Sally Marshall Koon spent her summers along the Delaware beaches at her family’s summer home in North Rehoboth. Sussex County became a way of life for Sally and she developed a successful career in the hospitality industry. After the birth of her daughter, Wren, Sally went on to become an account manager for Lankford SYSCO foods for over a decade and then obtained her Real Estate license in 2009. Combining her love of the area with her love of helping people, vacation rentals was a natural fit. Sally worked as a rental agent for many years before coming to RE/MAX in 2020. Her attention to detail made her a perfect candidate for our bookkeeping position and the rest is history!! As a Delaware native, Sally knows the area and the area’s history very well. She lives in Lewes with her husband of 26 years, Ken Koon, and their daughter Wren.
Verna Revere
A graduate of Monmouth University with a degree in Marketing and Purchasing Materials Management, she started her career in the Aerospace Industry. From there she pursued Industrials Sales. When her children were young Verna delighted in teaching babies through adults swimming as well as running camps for synchronized swimming, junior guards, and mermaids. Verna started her real estate career selling homes in Ocean and Monmouth County, NJ and enjoyed working with home buyers and sellers. Since moving to Lewes full-time in July of 2021, she discovered the very welcoming RE/MAX Rental Group and is loving this side of the business! Finding her clients, the right place, gives her the same feeling as teaching all ages how to swim. Knowing people are feeling joy is very satisfying and heartwarming.
Delaney Horsey
Delaney has lived in Sussex County her entire life and has spent many summers enjoying the Delaware beaches. Real estate runs in her family, with two generations having worked in the industry for over 30 years. After growing up in southern Delaware, Delaney chose to attend college in the northern part of the state. She graduated from the University of Delaware a year and a half early with a degree in political science. Throughout her summers, she worked at RE/MAX, where she gained valuable experience in the business and assisted with administrative duties. The summer before her final semester, she passed the real estate exam. She joined RE/MAX Realty Group as a full-time Realtor in December 2024. Since then, she has flourished as an agent and has been managing the marketing for the rental department. When Delaney is not at RE/MAX, she enjoys reading or watching movies with friends and family. She also frequently visits her college friends in northern Delaware. During the summer, she spends most of her time at the pool or beach, enjoying the sun.
Brittany Richardville
As a new resident of Delaware, Brittany joins the RE/MAX Realty Group family as an Administrative Assistant with over 10 years of experience in customer service and loves to help people. Brittany made her move to the beach in 2021 to be closer to her grandfather. When outside of the office, she likes to take walks on the beach with her Jack Russell Terrier, Ozzy. Brittany grew up in Pennsylvania and recently became a new homeowner in Long Neck at the age of 25.
