For the past twelve years owner Raghu Kumar, his wife Sudesh, and his nephew, Chef Zeenat Bhanot, have been serving up some of the finest Indian fare in Annapolis, Maryland before opening Indigo in Rehoboth. Indigo offers well-known Indian favorites such as Tandoori Chicken and Lamb Tikka Masala; however, what makes Indigo especially appealing is their vast menu of traditional Indian fare that is a rarity in much of the western world.  For a new experience give this new restaurant in Rehoboth a try.

La Fable

For an authentic taste of Paris without having to get on a plane, head over to La Fable. Though you can find excellent crepes and French pastries in Rehoboth, La Fable is the only French eatery in town serving a full dinner menu. Serving mouthwatering French cuisine such as Foie Gras Mousse, Escargot, Coquille St. Jacques, Boeuf Bourguignon and much more, La Fable is the top spot in Rehoboth for a genuinely Parisian experience. Rosenfeld’s Jewish Deli

Okay, so Rosenfeld’s isn’t right on Rehoboth Beach, but if you are craving a real Jewish delicatessen, they are totally worth the short drive up the Coastal Highway (Highway 1). Owner Warren Rosenfeld offers patrons a genuine kosher-style deli experience. His extensive kosher menu offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner and features favorites such as traditional Reubens and other deli sandwiches; the best kosher hot dogs ever, melt in your mouth brisket, and of course, matzo ball soup.
