As the name suggests, they specialize in serving oysters, however their menu features a variety of foods. Everything they serve is fresh and sourced locally to ensure the best quality. In addition to great food, they have an amazing selection of wines, brews, and cocktails to accompany their dishes. They do not accept reservations, and a table there is highly desirable, so be sure to come early when you plan to dine at the Henlopen City Oyster House.
Looking for a sweet way to start your day? Then you definitely want to check out Kaisy’s Delights! This Austrian-inspired cafe serves breakfast and dessert all day long, and their specialty is the “Kaisy,” an American twist on the traditional Kaiserschmarn pastry. The classic version is served with powdered sugar, but there are savory options available as well. They also serve other European favorites, such as latkes and quiches. Dine in or take your Kaisy to go and enjoy the boardwalk!

This local favorite restaurant in Rehoboth specializes in serving organic and locally served food in a high-end dining atmosphere. You will definitely want to make a reservation here, as wait times on the weekends can be upwards of two or three hours! However, this hidden gem is certainly worth the wait.
