Pool was best feature. House very well appointed. Compartmentalized rooms in main house. Kitchen small for size of house. Great location - short access to beach, downtown and rt 1. Date of arrival - August 13, 2022

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is walkable to town in Rehoboth and to Poodle Beach, but the supplied parking passes make driving to either possible. The pool was great and big fun for the kids. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had some small issues with the trash collection and with the ice maker but those are minor issues that likely will be quickly addressed. Overall, we would be thrilled to stay here again. We had a terrific stay - any issues that came up were addressed the same day. The pool was key and we were within walking distance to the Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. The house was perfect for our family. Would rent it again! Date of arrival - July 24, 2021

Great location clean and comfortable

Lovely house with nice furniture. A bit far from ocean, but parking passes let us park at beach. Feels like a family's home, rather than a rental--furniture and decor are nice, if a bit old. In fact, the house is on the older side, an older, gracious home. Kitchen pretty well equipped. We needed glasses and potholders, and realtor provided the same day we asked. Also, the house had not been cleaned, due to a misunderstanding, but realtor took care of that, too. The pool is a nice perk. The grounds are lovely, and the view of Silver Lake is beautiful, too.

Justin K Fri, May 24 – Mon, May 27, 2019 Vrbo 5/5 Fantastic! Our stay was fantastic and the property was amazing! The house has a great beach feel to it, is in a great location, and the views are beautiful. The pool is a great added benefit! You have the best of both worlds, you can either go into town at Rehoboth or Dewey, but also stay at the house and enjoy the company of friends and family!

Review #22207463 “Stunning 4BR Home Downtown Rehoboth Beach w/ Views of Silver Lake&Amazing Porch” Beautiful, well-equipped home. Great Location ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented the property for a girls getaway weekend. We had 10 in our party and the home had plenty of room. The kitchen was well-equipped and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. I especially loved all the porches and outdoor space! The property backs up to a nice park so it is quiet and peaceful. The location provided easy access to town and the beach. We walked or biked everywhere! I would definitely recommend this property for a group or families. I am not quite sure it would sleep 14 adults comfortably just based on the bed and sofa configurations, but we were fine with 10.
