Our guests have full access to The Residences' landscaped roof-top plaza, where you can watch the sunset by the fire pit and listen to a large water feature. Please take advantage of the shared grilling area and grill out for dinner, or relax and enjoy our stunning Mid-Atlantic coastline. You can float in the indoor and outdoor pools (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day) or work out on the new fitness equipment.
The fully-equipped kitchen is every cook's dream with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, breakfast bar w/ dishes, tableware, and cookware. Very spacious and open living/dining area w/ comfortable, luxury seating for family and guests, all complimenting a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The living room also features a pull-out couch for additional sleeping needs. A private balcony off the living area greets you with a stunning view of Rehoboth Bay and the marina. The luxurious primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a private bathroom w/ double vanity sinks. The second bedroom features a queen bed w/ access to the Jack & Jill bathroom and full-size laundry.
LOCATION: Located just a short walk to the Beach and at the south end of Dewey Beach, you will find great restaurants, beach shops, and lots of nightlife!
PARKING: Assigned parking for two cars in the garage.
